The 46th annual BRAG Gala was a phenomenal experience. One of my dear friends Jason McNary was honored with the Business Achievement Award along with 3 other amazing leaders in the Fashion Industry. It felt great being in the midst of so many people who are truly invested in supporting diversity in retail and fashion. During the ceremony, several BRAG students shared their experiences from working with various notable Fashion Organizations and also touched on the importance of Mentorship. It makes me so happy that there are organizations to support and prepare young professionals in this competitive industry.
